Kapelle und Kreuze / Chapel and Crosses

Das zweite Gebäude auf dem Friedhof ist eine einfache, viereckige Kapelle, die von James Davoren im frühen 18. Jahrhundert erbaut wurde (gemäß einer Inschrift). Neben ihr steht ein verziertes Kreuz, das alt aussieht, aber keinen Eintrag beim National Monuments Service hat.
Im Gegensatz zum zweiten, grob behauenen Keltischen Kreuz, das auf die Zeit um 1200 geschätzt wird. Es steht auf einem Leacht (Steinhügel), einem aus losen Steinen gebauten Konstrukt, dessen Verwendung noch nicht restlos geklärt ist (Grabstätte? Altar?).
The second building on the graveyard is a plain rectangular chapel that was constructed by James Davoren in the early 18th century (according to an inscription). Close to it stands a decorated cross that looks old, but does not have an entry at the National Monuments Service.
Contrary to the second, roughly hewn Celtic Cross that is estimated to the time around 1200. It stands on a leacht (cairn), a structure built from loose stones of which the usage has not yet been resolved completely (Burial place? Altar?).
