Kirche zur Hl. Anna / St. Ann's Church

Die Kirche wurde in der ersten Hälfte des 18. Jahrhunderts im barocken Stil erbaut, Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts wurde die (immer noch nicht fertig gestellte) Fassade durch eine neu-romanische Fassade ersetzt. St. Ann ist bekannt für die Holzschnitzereien und die vielen bunten Glasfenster. Am tollsten finden wir aber das offene Brotregal, das seit fast 300 Jahren Bedürftige täglich mit frischem Brot versorgt.
The church was constructed in the first half of the 18th century in Baroque style. In the middle of the 19th century the façade (which was still not completed) was replaced by a new one in neo-Romanesque style. St. Ann is noted for the woodcarvings and the many stained glass windows. But we are most impressed by the public Bread Shelf that supplies the needy every day with fresh bread since almost 300 years.
