Owenea Fluss / Owenea River

Nördlich der Stadt Ardara (Ard an Rátha) fließ der Fluß Owenea (Abhainn Fhia) in einen Seitenarm der Loughros More (Luacharoist Mór) Bucht. Von der alten Steinbrücke herab schauen wir ihm zu wie sein moorig-braunes Wasser die letzten felsigen Meter bis zum Meer überwindet.

North of the town Ardara (Ard an Rátha) the River Owenea (Abhainn Fhia) flows into a lateral of Loughros More (Luacharoist Mór) Bay. Looking down from the old stone bridge, we watch as its boggy-brown water overcomes the last rocky metres to the sea.
