Lough Keeldra

Lough Keeldra (Loch Chaoldra) ist einer von vielen kleineren und größeren Seen in der Mitte Irlands. An seinem Nordufer gibt es einen kleinen Picknick-Bereich, Umkleidekabinen und Sanitärräume. Ein Rundwanderweg führt um sein Ufer herum. Die Wasserqualität wird als "ausgezeichnet" bewertet. Und da nicht gerade optimales Badewetter herrscht, haben wir das alles für uns ganz alleine.
Lough Keeldra (Loch Chaoldra) is one of the many smaller and larger lakes in the middle of Ireland. On its north shore there is a picnic area, changing facilities and washrooms. A loop walk leads around its banks. The water quality is assessed as "excellent". As because the weather is not optimal for bathing we have all of that just for us.
