Camac Aquaedukt / Camac Aqueduct

Von Vicarstown bis nach Athy (Baile Átha) führt eine Straße direkt am Kanal entlang, der wir folgen. An ein paar Stellen führt der Kanal dabei über ein Aquädukt, um natürliche Wasserläufe zu überqueren. Im Bild das Camac Aquädukt, mit dem der Kanal den Fluss Stradbally überquert.

From Vicarstown until Athy (Baile Átha) a road runs beside the canal, which we follow. On a few occasions the canal runs over an aqueduct in order to cross natural water streams. The picture shows the Camac Aqueduct where the canal crosses over the Stradbally River.
