Rathnadarve (Ráth na dTarbh, Fort der Stiere) (Nummer 6 auf der Rathcroghan Route) hat einen Durchmesser von ungefähr 115 Metern. Die Erdwälle sind bis zu 2 Meter hoch. Moderne Untersuchungen zeigen in seinem Inneren eine Struktur mit 8 Metern Durchmessern, die möglicherweise ein Haus war. Die Ringfestung spielt auch eine wichtige Rolle im Rinderraub von Cooley, da in ihr die beiden Stiere Donn Cúailnge (der braune Stier von Cooley) und Finnbennach (der weiß-gehörnte Stier) bis zum bitteren Ende miteinander kämpfen (Spoiler-Alarm: Donn gewinnt und zerstückelt seinen Gegner).

Rathnadarve (Ráth na dTarbh, Fort of the bulls) (number 6 of the Rathcroghan Route) has a diameter of about 115 metres. The earth walls are up to 2 metres in heights. Modern examinations show within it a structure with 8 metres in diameter that possibly was a house. The ringfort also plays an important role in the Cattle Raid of Cooley, as the two bulls Donn Cúailnge (the brown bull of Cooley) and Finnbennach (the white-horned bull) fight each other here until the bitter end (spoiler alert: Donn wins and tears its opponent to pieces).
