Dublin City: Grand Canal

Unweit vom Royal Canal zweigt auch der Grand Canal von der Liffey ab. Von hier aus führt er bis Athy im Süden (wo er in die Barrow fließt)  und nach Shannon Harbour im Westen (wo er auf den Shannon trifft).

Not far from the Royal Canal also the Grand Canal branches from the Liffey. From here it leads to Athy in the south (where it flows into the Barrow) and to Shannon Harbour in the west (where it meets the Shannon).
