Die Hauptattraktion des National Parks ist das Muckross House, das 1843 im Tudor Stil erbaut wurde. Die Prunkräume sind noch original erhalten, im Keller wurde ein Heimatmuseum eingerichtet, das einen Eindruck vom ländliche Leben in Kerry vermittelt. Neben dem Haus wurden wunderschöne Blumenbeete angelegt, deren Duft uns betört. Von hier aus führt ein Weg durch einen Park mit subtropischen Pflanzen und seltenen Bäumen zum Torc Wasserfall.
The main attraction of the National Park is Muckross House, built in Tudor Style in 1843. The state-rooms are still in original condition, and there is a folk museum in the cellar, giving a good impression of the rural life in Kerry. Near the house, beautiful flower patches are laid out, their fragrance bewitches us. From this spot, a path leads through the park with its subtropical plants and rare trees to Torc waterfall.
