St. Féichíns Bad / St. Féichín's Bath

Die Infotafel erzählt uns, dass der Hl. Féichín in dieser heiligen Quelle badete (Doaghfeighin, Bad des Féichín). Er betete beim Baden und soll sich sogar als Akt der Buße an die Felsen gekettet haben. Ob es die viereckige steinerne "Badewanne" damals schon gab, steht nicht auf der Tafel. Aber auf der Infotafel ist ein Foto, auf dem die Wanne noch vollständig und auch der Baum neben der Quelle noch vorhanden ist.
The info panel tells us that St. Féichín bathed in this holy well (Doaghfeighin, bath of Féichín). During bathing he prayed and even is said to have chained himself to the rocks as an act of penance. If the square stone "bathing tub" already existed in those days, the panel does no say. But there is a photo on the info panel taken when the tub was still complete and also the tree beside the well did still exist.
