"The Last Galactus Story" was never finished. In an interview John Byrne tells about the resons why it was never finished and what would have happened in the last part. (Basically, Galactus and the Watcher battle until the universe ends. Galactus wins, now only he and Nova exist. Galactus gives up the energies stored in him and creates a new universe. Nova becomes the new "Galactus" of that universe.) (Thanks to Daniel for the link.)
