Das Gebäude am unteren Ende von West View fällt dadurch auf, dass es über der Straße gebaut wurde. Es stammt aus der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts und diente als Rathaus und später als Gerichtsgebäude. Heute ist eine Bibliothek und die Touristeninformation darin untergebracht.
The building on the lower end of West View attracts attention because it has been built over the street. It dates back to the middle of the 19th century and was used as town hall and later as court building. Today it houses a library and the tourist information.
