Temple Cronan Church
Die Kirche von Temple Cronan wurde im 12. Jahrhundert erbaut.
The church of Temple Cronan was erected in the 12th century. In the 15th century a new doorway with a pointed arch was inserted in the north wall.
Sculptures of human and animal heads decorate the walls. East of the church there is a tent-like shrine made from two slabs of limestone that is deemed to be the grave of St. Cronan. Of a second, similar shrine only remains can be seen, but both are said to be older than the church itself.
