Castletownroche

Bei Castletownroche (Baile Chaisleáin an Róistigh) nehmen wir die falsche Abzweigung und kommen zufällig zur alten Mehlmühle, die von 1838 bis in die 1990er in Betrieb war. Daneben ist eine kleine Grünfläche, an deren anderem Ende eine Brücke von 1837 steht. Auf dem Hügel ist die Marienkirche aus den 1820ern zu sehen.

In Castletownroche (Baile Chaisleáin an Róistigh) we take a wrong turn and by chance find the old flower mill that was in operation from 1839 until the 1990s. Along the Awbeg River there is a green area which has at the other end a bridge from 1837. The St. Mary's Church from the 1820s on the hill is also visible.
