Die römisch-katholische Kirche wurde 1817 im neugotischen Stil erbaut und gegen Ende des Jahrhunderts erweitert. Sie ist dem Hl. Brendan dem Älteren geweiht, der im 6. Jahrhundert der Abt des Klosters in Birr (Biorra) war.

The Roman Catholic church was built in 1817 in Gothic Revival style and extended near the end of that century. It is consecrated to St. Brendan the Elder, who was the abbot of the monastery in Birr (Biorra) in the 6th century.
