Bei unserem Weg durch die Innenstadt von Cork kommen wir an vielen imposanten Gebäuden vorbei, die teilweise noch im 18. Jahrhundert erbaut wurden. Nicht ganz so alt ist die Zentrale für die Munster and Leinster Bank, die in den 1910ern erbaut wurde. Sie gehört heute den Allied Irish Banks.

During our walk through the city of Cork we pass many imposing buildings, that partially date back to the 18^th century. Not quite as old is the head office of the Munster and Leinster Bank that was built in the 1910s. Today it is owned by the Allied Irish Banks.
