Die Skerries (An sgier, Seefelsen) ist eine Kette von kleinen Inseln nordöstlich von Ramore Head. Sie sind nicht von Menschen bewohnt und wurden zum Zufluchtsort für seltene Seevögel. 1996 wurden Ramore Head und die Skerries zu einer "Area of Special Scientific Interest" (A.S.S.I.) (Zone von besonderem wissenschaftlichem Interesse) mit entsprechendem Schutzstatus erklärt.

The Skerries (An sgier, sea rocks) is a chain of small islands in the north-east of Ramore Head. They are uninhabited by humans and became a haven for rare seabirds. In 1996 Ramore Head and the Skerries were declared as an "Area of Special Scientific Interest" (A.S.S.I.) with a special state of protection.
