Im Viktorianischen Nutzgarten wurden im 19. Jahrhundert Gemüse und Obst für die Bewohner des Hauses angebaut. Im 20. Jahrhundert verfielen die Glashäuser und wurden erst ab 2000 - nicht zuletzt Dank der Hilfe von vielen Freiwilligen - wieder in Funktion gesetzt.
The Victorian Working Garden was used in the 19th century to grow vegetables and fruits for the residents of the house. In the 20th century the glasshouses fell to ruins. But since 2000 their original function has been reestablished, not least thanks to the work of many volunteers.
